JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Preparation and Review of Tax Returns (Simple to Complex)for USA
  • Preparation and Review of Tax Returns(Simple to Complex) for India
  • Familiarity with various types of US Tax returns (Individual, Trust, Partnership, Corporations (Small and C-corp)
  • Versatility in working with MS office and other Trial Balance Programs
  • Tax planning & Consulting- US and India
  • Handling Tax Controversy & Representation / Tax Notices – US and India
  • Provide status reports periodically to the supervisor
  • Coordinating with CRM or clients to follow up on open items, client approval, IRS/FTB calls
  • Analyze and Research on tax topics
  • Working closely with Senior Tax Supervisors
  • Guide and undertake other projects as and when require
  • Interfacing effectively with clients over phone calls & in-person meetings.

DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Chartered accountants or CA Inter or Certified Public Accountants (CPAs) or Enrolled Agents(EAs) or those pursuing the same are highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree with a major in Accounting or comparable subject with 2 years of relevant experience
  • Masters in Accounting or Taxation highly preferred
  • Experience in Tax (India /UK /Canada) is preferred.
  • Experience in US taxation an added plus
  • Proficient with business software tools such as Prosystem FX, Lacerte, Ultra Tax, CCH Engagement, Caseware and Microsoft Office applications.
BOND AGREEMENT

Our business necessitates that we train our employees significantly to handle a niche area such as ours. In order to ensure proper return on such an investment we will require candidates to execute a bond for two years. This two-year period will give sufficient time for the candidates to really understand what this business is all about and we are confident that the candidates will want to continue in the organization even after the bond period expires. The terms of the bond will state that if you choose to leave the organization within two years of joining (equivalent of 6 months of probation followed by 1 years after that), you would be required to pay the company a sum of one lakh or 3 months’ pay (whichever is higher)

JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Maintaining books of accounts for clients for different industries
  • Preparing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Financial Statements and MIS reports
  • Review of the financial statements and preparing the work papers in support of the FS.
  • Filing Quarterly and Annual Payroll tax returns and TDS returns and other statutory compliances - US and India
  • Preparing State information returns to be filed for US purposes.

PREFERRED SKILLS

1. VMware applications

  • Good knowledge about VMware VDI is required
  • In‐depth knowledge of VMware ESX and ESXi is required
  • Knowledge in Configure, build, implement, and administer ESX/ESXi Servers including patches and updates, and assist in resolving associated system outages and other incidents.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide local and remote diagnostics and technical issue resolution

Operations - Senior Executive

The Positional Requirements
  • A full time position
  • Required to maintain core working hours.
  • Required to work extended hours during busy periods for the firm
  • Should hold a Management Degree or alternatively should have worked in an operations position previously. Must have an accounting / tax Major. A Chartered or Certified Accountant background is a preference.
  • Minimum work experience of 12 years in operations
  • Should have Knowledge of deadlines and activities of the business. If the person does not have his from a prior employment, is expected to spend considerable time and effort in understanding the key activities in the business, processes surrounding their execution.
  • Must be focused on establishing processes for a super-efficient organization achieving high levels of performance and accountability.

  • 1. Core Activities: Monitoring, tracking, follow up and reporting of various accounting activities

  • c. Process improvements are implemented swiftly
  • d. Management monthly meeting to discuss finding with the TLs and RPs
  • 14. MIS Reporting:
  • a. MIS Report to Management: consisting of the following key indicators for all departments:
  • i) Projects processed that week Vs Target
  • ii) Movement of projects from Open items to Production
  • iii) Number of Projects that entered client billing
  • iv) Number of Invoices generated for the week
  • v) Number of returns where the WP exceeded Budget and reasons therefore
  • vi) QC findings for the week
  • vii) Total Billable Vs Non Billable hours
  • viii) Summary on who has achieved what percentage of their targets YTD
